The Guest Suite is a private stand-alone studio with separate entrance and private outdoor space. Nestled in a residential neighborhood of Frogtown (Elysian Valley) between the LA River & Dodger Stadium, it's conveniently close to Downtown LA (DTLA), Glendale, and Hollywood. Located in one of LA's most vibrant neighborhoods, you'll be able to walk (or short drive) to restaurants, bakery, coffee cafes, breweries, and music venue and a live theater. The space This Guest Suite is close to Downtown Los Angeles, the Arts District and Chinatown, Dodger Stadium, Atwater Village, Silver Lake, Eagle Rock, Pasadena, Burbank and Glendale by car, UBER and LYFT. For DTLA, Chinatown and Arts District Metro (Gold Line - Lincoln/Cypress Station to Union Station) or by car, UBER and LYFT. This location is fantastic for anyone wanting to be close to the heart of LA and still get away from the bustle of the city. There are walkable restaurants and drink spots (coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic) options available nearby. Also, no check-out lists of things to do upon checkout. You will have access to the shaded garden area and private patio of your Guest House. Other things to note THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GUEST HOUSE. IF YOU MUST SMOKE, PLEASE DO SO OUTSIDE AND AWAY FROM THE BUILDING (this includes vape pens, cigars, medical marijuana, etc). SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE THE GUEST HOUSE WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. IT IS APPRECIATED. Parking is available on the street only. There are plenty of street parking spaces located near and directly in front of the house. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (sanitary pads, diapers, cleaning cloths, etc.) down the toilet. We have placed dedicated trash cans immediately outside your Airbnb - Thank you. There is a microwave in the room for guests to use. The microwave is fully cleaned after each guest. We request that you wipe down any spills or splatters that may happen while you are using the microwave. There is a refrigerator in the room. There are a few water bottles in the fridge. If you want to have additional drinking water, please bring in your own. Please do take care of our Airbnb. We aim to get every guest in as soon as possible after check-out. If the property is neglected, damaged or abused, it may alter a reservation for future guests and will result in additional charges. Please bring anything you would need to use your personal subscriptions on your Airbnb television. When you check-in, you will place a check-out date on the television and it will sign-out of your accounts on the date you selected. We do not keep any of this information and the television resets on your selected date. 2. We have a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker which you can use to connect to your iPhone, iPad, Android, Tablet or Computer using the supplied Bluetooth name and play your favorite music.
