It’s 800 metres from the sea and it’s possibile to reach the beach by car, driving through via Monte Nai and via Amerigo Verspucci or, if you prefer to walk, there is a shortcut through the condominium. The street you see right under the house is accessible by the stairs that are next to the parking lot. Once you are on this street go right and you’ll see a first group of stairs going down, you can take those or the next group (has shown in the picture). You’ll reach a second street still inside the condominium, with some more stairs to do. Once you have reached the main street, on the left, you should see a pathway that will lead you directly to the beach (sorry, seems harder than it really is). Guest access The entire condominium area is available within the limits of good manners and respect for the other condominiums. Other things to note The house is at number 217 of Via Amerigo Vespucci. To get to the house by car, take the first stretch of Via Ichnusa and take the first left onto Via Amerigo Vespucci. Take Via A. Vespucci for about 1000 meters and after passing house number 43, turn left. Now you are in Via Montenai. The second driveway gate on the left is number 56, you've arrived at the house.
