This house was built in the late 1930s. It has beautiful arched entryways, large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large kitchen and a separate spacious dining room and 8' ceilings! The washer and dryer are in a room next to the kitchen. Guest access We have fiber Internet in the home and a Smart TV. There is a thermostat to adjust the heat on cold days. The thermostat is located on the wall just below eye level outside the bedroom closest to the living room. There 's an evaporative cooler in the living room that should keep you comfortable even during hot summer days.
