New 3-bedroom apartment at the foot of the slopes – mountain view

60 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes: 1st ski lift 10 m from the exit of the ski lockers! Quiet north side with panoramic mountain views. 2nd and top floor with elevator. 2 bedrooms: adult with double bed (160 x 200 cm), children with bunk beds + a single bed. A living room with a large sofa bed (140 x 200 bed + mattress topper available) and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen: dishwasher, stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker... Concierge service possible. The space The apartment is NEW and fully equipped: ideal for families or couples of friends. We tried to decorate it with simplicity and taste to feel good there on long winter evenings or naps in summer! Large cupboards in the hallway and children's room to store your suitcases and belongings. Many books and comics are at your disposal (for children of all ages). A baby crib (with its small mattress) and a high chair are also available in the cupboards. Many amenities are available for your comfort: TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, toaster, outdoor plancha, Wi-Fi, Mini SUPER NINTENDO game console (25 games included), DVD player, board games, books, comics, DVDs... In the apartment, I have made a guide that offers you a number of walks and activities to do in summer and winter, or in the off-season. As the concierge service is in high demand in our small village, I can only offer cleaning for stays of at least one week. For short stays and weekends, ask me. Guest access Building code: 1664. Keys to be collected at the "Les Ecrins" concierge, hand-delivered, or left in the lockbox. Other things to note Thank you for taking care of the apartment ;) PLEASE NOTE: linens and bath towels are never provided upon arrival. Housekeeping is only included in the price for stays of one week or more. Here are the different rates charged by the concierge of the Ecrins residence: - cleaning €45 - sheets €30 (4/5 pers) €40 (6/7 pers) - towel €5 (per pers). You can pay directly at their place or put the amount in the mailbox. I take care of booking cleaning, sheets and towels for you. If you bring your sheets, here are the dimensions of our beds: 2 mattresses 90 x 200, 1 mattress 90 x 190, 1 mattress 160 x 200 and 1 mattress 140 x 200.
