The Condo This spacious unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with thoughtful touches to make your stay feel just like home. Bedroom Layout: -Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo), direct access to a screened-in patio with a tranquil view -Second Bedroom: King bed, shares a bathroom with the third bedroom -Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or friends Bathrooms: -Both bathrooms were fully renovated in December 2022 — modern, spotless, and stocked with plenty of soft towels. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower. Additional Features: -TV's in every bedroom -Two small screened-in patios with outdoor furniture — great for morning coffee or relaxing evenings -Full modern kitchen with all cooking essentials: pots, pans, utensils, blender, regular coffee maker & Keurig machine -In-unit washer and dryer *Free WiFi throughout the condo and the entire resort Bahama Bay Resort Amenities Located on the north side of Davenport, just 15 minutes from Disney, Bahama Bay Resort offers a wide range of amenities for every type of traveler: -4 outdoor swimming pools -Clubhouse and spa -On-site restaurant: Tradewinds -Day spa -Walking trails & fishing dock -Man-made beach area *Gated community with 24/7 security *Free on-site parking (right in front of the building) Good to Know The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials: *1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom *1 paper towel roll *2 trash bags *2 laundry pods *2 dishwasher pods *1 small bottle of dish detergent *1 small hand soap per bathroom -Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc. -Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. House Rules (Strictly Enforced) -No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated -No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund -No Parties or Events -Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests -Lead guest must be present during the entire stay -Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. Guest access Bahama Bay is a very popular condo complex on the North side of Davenport. Very close to Disney Theme Parks (about 15 minutes). The resort provides several (4) swimming pools throughout the resort, a clubhouse, a fishing dock, a walking trail and a spa and an artificial beach. After a relaxing day you can have a bite at the Tradewinds Restaurant which is located at the resort. The resort is manned gated. Smoking is prohibited on the resort. There's public parking in front of the building.
