‍ The space Welcome to our beautiful house in Torquay. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Including, many beautiful beaches, including the beautiful Babbacombe Beach with its Victorian cliff railway and breathtaking views across Labrador Bay. The house itself looks onto St Marychurch Village, where you will find many cafes, shops, the model village, bygones and local events. The town centre and main harbour side is only 5 mins drive but you are in a semi rural location with views of the hills. A great place for those who like beaches, sea, coast and countryside walks, sailing, paddle boarding or to have fun or just a nice relax. The wild National Park of Dartmoor is a few miles away, plus the area is the birthplace of Agatha Christie, you will find her home of Greenaway near Brixham. The house is ideally situated close to the ring road and many transport links to nearby towns of Teignmouth, Paignton, Dartmouth and Shaldon. To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite private hot tub. Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a single bed. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed and an infants cot bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed in the property but ok in the Garden - There are off-site parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property for an extra fee of 5 a day per small pet and 7 a day per large pet and upon request -Quiet hours 01:00-07:00 Please do be aware that as this is an old Victorian house there are steps to and from the property.
