The Space The villa is cozy and functional, is the ideal place to spend a family vacation or with friends and discover all the charms that Madeira Island can offer. The space The villa is cosy and functional, is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends and discover all the charms that Madeira can offer. Inside the house: The kitchen and dining room are combined, with a table for 8 to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with: electric stove, hood, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, grater, coffee, juice squeezer machine etc ... There is a Shower room with toilet. The living room consists of 1 sofa, three chairs, three side tables, a stove heating as well as an air conditioning unit. First bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a mirror, a seat support and a chair. Second bedroom has two single beds, 1 bedside table, Cupboard with drawers, a mirror, a seat support and a chair. There is a cot for a child up to 5 years old. In the upper floor there are two single beds, two chest of drawers / bedside tables and a corner for children to play. Outside the house: There is a barbecue area. On the side of the house there is a covered porch where you can put a table and chairs and can enjoy the tranquil scenery of this part of the island. There is a heated swimming pool. * Swimming pool heating: Pool heating is optional and costs 120,00€ per week for setting of 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree setting up to a maximum of 26ºC Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. The minimum charge applicable is one week. There are two sunbeds and a suspended net to relax. In Ponta Pargo there is small grocery shops, a pharmacy and small restaurants, but the main supermarket is 25 minutes away in Calheta. What can we enjoy? Walks in our beautiful Levadas that can lead you to many places depending what path you take. The longest Levada is only 20 minutes away. Biking trails (about 5 minutes from the house), The beaches are roughly 20 minutes from home, in the south coast (Calheta Beach with yellow sand and the pebble beaches of Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar), as the north coast (natural pools of Porto Moniz and black sandy beach in Seixal) The Sunset in Ponta do Pargo is one of the nicest ... Come and enjoy nature on this lovely part of the Island. The kitchen and dining room are joint, there is a table that can accommodate between 8 and 10 people. The existing sanitary facility consists of: hand wash, toilet and shower. A bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, a mirror, a support bench and a chair. In the other room there are two single beds, 1 headboard table, a wardrobe with drawers, a mirror, a support bench and a chair. There is a crib for children up to 5 years old. In the Mezzanine area there are two single beds, two dressers/bedside tables and a place for children to play. Outside the villa there is a barbecue area but it is not covered.. On the side of the house there is a covered porch where you can put a table and chairs and you can enjoy the landscape and tranquility of this quiet area of the Island. There is an outdoor pool that can be heated. * Pool heating: Heating the pool is optional and costs 120.00 euros per week (temperature of 24ºC) and is paid in cash at the time of check in. A supplement of €30.00 per week applies to each additional degree, up to a maximum of 26ºC.  Heating of the pool must be requested at least one week in advance. There are two outdoor beds/sun loungers and a suspended hammock. What can we enjoy? From the walking tours of the paths and levadas (about 5 minutes from the villa), bike tours along the trails (about 5 minutes from the villa), the beaches are approximately 20 minutes from home, be it the South coast (Praia da Calheta de areia amarela and Praia do Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar in calhau), such as the North coast (Porto Moniz Natural Pools and Black Sand Beach in Seixal) The Sunset in Ponta do Pargo is one of the most beautiful… Enjoy and come enjoy nature.
