Villa Principessa by AMALFIVACATION with sea access, pool, and sea view, is comprised of 3 bedrooms 2 king-size and 1 queen-size beds (or twin beds on request), each with its private bathroom (2 ensuite); a large living room; a spacious dining room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 private outdoor spaces with sea view. In both the living room and dining room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. All rooms have either a balcony or terrace with lovely views of the sea. The space Guests enjoy a number of amenities, including a high speed internet access, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine and dishwasher Other things to note The pool is located across the street from the villa and just 70 steps from the road, and is shared with the other 5 villas in the complex. The large pool solarium has plenty of space for each guest. Each guest has his or her sun bed and beach towel. The pool is open daily from April 1st onwards, weather permitting. Pool hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the water is heated in the cooler spring and autumn months. The villa is surrounded by a splendid park full of flowers and, in common with other three houses, has access to the sea (about 120 steps) and a bathing-platform. The following fees are NOT included in the daily rates: Parking is available at the cost of Euro 30 per day per car (on site) - if required. City tax = Euro 3 per person, per day Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM. For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged. For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50. Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM. A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
