We wanted to make it a cozy nest during its recent renovation while maintaining the authentic character with its exposed beams, some of which are located at 1.85 m. The decor is thoughtfully styled. Upon entering, you will find the hallway leading to: * Bathroom with shower, sink, storage unit, large mirror. * Separate toilet * Well-equipped open kitchen: - induction cooktop - fridge - oven - dishwasher - toaster, - electric kettle - juicer - kitchenware and basic groceries. The central island will allow you to enjoy your breakfast or aperitif! * The living room with very comfortable Poltronesofa sofa bed and very easy to unfold, coffee table, TV, guides and documentation on Vannes and its region available * Dining area * Separate bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed, storage and wardrobe (hangers provided). You will find your bed made upon arrival. You can choose 2 arrangements for your room either a 180 bed or 2 small 90 beds. Other things to note CHECK-IN * To make your arrival easier, we will welcome you and share our tips and places to visit with you. Just contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival to let us know your time slot and confirm 1 hour before reaching Vannes. We've installed a lockbox to let you check in whenever you want! THE ESSENTIALS * We are particularly attentive to health precautions, which is why we systematically carry out a complete maintenance of the apartment (Ministry of Labour recommendations applied to hoteliers) - the apartment is aired for a long time between 2 rentals - disinfection of all doors, handles, switches, remote controls... - no contact between clean and dirty linens with distancing measures Rules: * Please respect the peace and quiet of the building and its occupants. * When you leave, please place your garbage and recycling in the city's underground containers (next to the Monoprix or the Town Hall), wash and put away your dishes and coffee maker, and put dirty linens in a cloth bag, to be placed in the bathroom (for the reasons above). The cleaning fee is for the beds so we ask that you do a quick clean of the apartment before leaving.
