Very good location in Arc 1800 - Villards, Arandelières: immediate proximity to all shops + ski departure (TRANSARC) and ESF almost at the foot of the residence. Cozy and warm 2 bedroom-type apartment (bedroom + large alcove) with beautiful living room and large balcony overlooking the sun-drenched valley (southwest-facing). Very well equipped and suitable for 6 people. Other services available through our Concierge as well as discounts on partners in the resort (ESF, ski equipment, etc.) The space *In a quiet and family residence with caretaker on site* Large entrance with storage/renovated bathroom with bathtub, washing machine/separate toilet/large recessed alcove (open, counted as a bedroom because no alcove option)/closed bedroom with storage/renovated kitchen/spacious and comfortable living room with large balcony on the valley side/private ski locker available. Beds: 1 140 cm sofa bed in the alcove (can stay unfolded the whole stay without hindering the passage), 2 bunk beds + 1 single bed (sleeps 3) in the bedroom, 1 140 cm rapido sofa bed in the living room. Amenities: washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass plates, oven oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, 80 cm televisions (living room) and 55 cm (alcove), DVD player, HI-FI channel, vacuum cleaner... We also provide board games, DVDs, and sleds (children)!
