Located in Battersea, you are just 12 12-minute walk from Clapham Junction Station, so exploring the rest of London couldn't be easier. There are excellent shops, restaurants and cafes in the area too. The space This is a fantastic, bright and modern 4-bed home, with homely traditional touches that make this the ideal base for your trip to London, whether you are travelling for work or leisure. With the main living space and the two main bedrooms air-conditioned, this space is perfect for your stay. Ground Floor: - Large open plan kitchen and sitting area - make full use of the AGA oven and cook up a feast, or relax in front of the TV after a day exploring (has AC) - The living area overlooks the charming, carefully curated garden, a wonderful spot for a morning coffee (or evening glass of wine!) - Dining area that can seat 8 people (it is a little tight but is possible!) - Formal sitting room, lovely for socialising First Floor: - Small twin bedroom, cosy and comfortable - Bathroom with shower - Master bedroom with king Sized bed, AC, and an ensuite shower room Second Floor: - King sized bedroom (can be made up as a twin on request) - Bathroom with bath and overhead shower - King sized bed with ensuite shower room (has AC) Battersea is a hidden gem in the London landscape. Just under 15 minutes to Clapham Junction Station, one of the best transport hubs in the whole of London - you can be at Waterloo in less than 15 minutes!! The Northcote Road boasts an extraordinarily vast selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs. From family friendly burger restaurants to fun and fancy wine bars, you can find everything you need right on your doorstep. Restaurants and bars are interspaced with brilliant shops. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the back of the cellar and some cupboards which will be marked. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
