Beach Time - Dog Friendly, 300m to the beach

This freshly renovated beach house is only a few minutes walk to Umina Beach and the numerous cafes, bars and shops on the main strip. There's plenty of room for one family or a small gathering of the clan and the fully gated huge backyard is ideal for the dog or the kids to play in. There are three bedrooms in the main house and a very spacious retreat with a renovated ensuite out the back. Linen is supplied, including towels and bedding. The space The lush backyard is a great place to relax under the shade of the tree or to enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. Please note we've updated the premises with new furniture including: 2 x queen beds, 2 x singles, 1 x double bed, 8 x seater dining table, outdoor dining and new lounge suite. Guest access You'll have the whole house and sleepout to yourself.
