The Beech House is a relaxed, cozy bungalow close to Grand Haven (by drawbridge), North Beach (Ottawa County Park, 6 min) and restaurants/shopping- US31, Exit 104. Built in 1929 features a granite/stainless steel kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom with soaker tub, large living area, hard wood & tile floors and patio areas w/backyard and fire pit. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Our home is a safe space for all. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. The space All rooms but host efficiency apt (used by owners infrequently & only w/advance notice). Guest access All but studio apartment. Other things to note All areas - but studio apartment. Extremely limited use (if at all) by host & partner
