KAURI - Luxury apartment with spa and gym

Built in 2018, this modern complex comprises of 12 apartments and a standalone chalet. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. Towels and sheets are included. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna, and a hammam (extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space. The space Modern and cozy at the same time, this 3-bedrooms apartment is perfect to begin your Morzine adventure. Ancient Kauri is a unique material with an amazing beauty and intriguing history - it is commonly regarded as the oldest wood available in the world. But rest assured, your home is as modern as it could be. 76sqm indoor and 10sqm outdoor, completely renovated and refurbished at the beginning of 2018. In bonus, you can enjoy a cosy little attic with fluffy Fatboys® where you can rest and enjoy the natural light in the morning or after your ski trip. The home truths No home is perfect and in all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place : - Kauri offers less natural light than our other apartments on this site. - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. - The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 am to 7:45 pm and is available for a supplement of €10 per day for the whole group. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. Guest access This home of 76sqm offers one balcony and is located on the second floor of a modern building. The common areas offer: A wellness area of 140sqm with a sauna, a hammam, and a gym and open from 10 am to 7:45 pm (at an extra cost of 15€ per day/per group). A storage room for luggages and bikes (at an extra cost) Individual ski lockers with boot heaters Free laundry service available on demand No daily cleaning is inclusive The parking spots are quite small, nevertheless a Range Rover would still fit if you’re a good pilot! The property is located 10 minutes by walk from the city center and the ski lits. Other things to note BOOKING CONDITIONS: * Minimum age 18 years (unless parents travel with their children) * Check in: from 16:00 / Check out: until 10:00 * Price includes: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels, and final cleaning * Stays of 1 week (or more) also include a mid stay towel change & light cleaning * Cot and high chair available on request, free of charge. If you need a second set, additional fees may apply. * Damage deposit: 500€ on credit card at check in and returned at check out.
