Guesthouse in Eureka Springs

Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road. The space Next to but separate from the main house on private acreage above Beaver Lake. Studio style one bedroom, one bathroom, cottage with kitchenette. Includes mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. There is a TV/DVD hooked to an antenna so there is good reception for local channels & some DVD’s available for your use. Amazon Fire TV so you can sign into your streaming services. Recently installed new Starlink internet & so far it seems to be working better for guests. In this rural location Wi-Fi can be challenging but Starlink has improved our connection. Nice deck overlooking woods & a little bit of a lake view which mostly disappears when the trees fill in! Lake views Nov to April. If you read previous guest reviews that mention use of a private boat dock, please note, unfortunately this is no longer available due to Corp of Engineers regulations preventing us from sharing this with guests. There are very nice public lake access areas close by including Starkey Park (2miles) & Beaver Dam (3miles) Guest access There is a circular drive for walking or driving. BBQ (propane) and sitting area. Deck. No lake access. Ample parking & can accommodate trailers, boats on the property. Other things to note Let us know if you’re bring a dog. We do have some restrictions on size as it is a small space. There is a $50 fee which can be included in the booking. Let us know if you need extra towels, dog bowls etc Please keep in mind it is a double bed - not king or queen if that is a requirement for you.
