Guest access The 1st level studio apartment is in a shared Airbnb 3 level townhouse, with other Airbnb guests upstairs, but the studio apartment space, en suite bathroom, and backyard patio deck is completely private. Your kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, cups, silverware, plates, bowls, toaster oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator in the garage. Your home office is equipped with a desk and a large computer monitor for booking up your computer/laptop to. You have access to the upstairs shared kitchen at any time if you need more kitchen space to cook, and also you have access to the garage of the home for extra storage space. Your refrigerator is located in the garage. The washer and dryer is shared with upstairs Airbnb guests, and is located right outside your entrance, so no hauling laundry baskets very far! You get driveway parking here, so no scrambling to find parking! Neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, tennis courts, basket ball courts, and a golf course. Pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. A 2 minute drive away you have Super Target, Five Below, Ross, Kohls, Planet Fitness, Five Guys, Legends Sports Grill, and Publix!
