Located on the first floor of a historic building, the main apartment is on two levels, accessible both by elevator and through characteristic stone stairs. The space Designed for the comfort of all our guests, some spaces are designed to break down architectural barriers, also welcoming disabled guests. On the first level, you will find: A bright living room with fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom (convertible into twin beds on request). A modern bathroom with a shower. At the second level, the following await you: A second double bedroom (also adaptable to twin beds). An additional bathroom with shower and laundry room. A wonderful furnished panoramic terrace, reserved exclusively for guests. Each room is air conditioned and equipped with high speed Wi-Fi and LED TV to ensure a comfortable stay. Dione Design Apartments is located inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). For your convenience, we suggest parking at the nearby Talete Car Park, easily accessible by following road signs without crossing the ZTL. We remind you that the property is a tourist rental and, therefore, does not provide hotel services such as reception, security, meals, daily cleaning or linen changes. However, for every need, we work with trusted partners to offer you services on request. The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the conclusion of a rental agreement, pursuant to articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice. The requested documents are used exclusively to comply with fiscal and public security obligations, as required by current Italian legislation. .
