Villa with private pool and sea view from 1st floor, 5 mins walk to beach

This Villa is situated on the hillside with private pool which can be heated during the cooler months (April/May and September/October the pool temperature will only ever be 10 degrees above the average 24hour temperature hence it is not heated at all between November-March), separate garden area and is only 5 minute walk down to the beach. The Villa itself has a light and airy open plan living area, 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and own bathroom and doors accessing terrace areas. Cala Vadella bay is one of the most beautiful beaches on Ibiza. The beach is tranquil with natural sand, shells and the sea is calm with clear water, so it is ideal for young children. We have owned the property since 2014 and have slowly been renovating. 2016 we extended the terrace and refurbished the pool and added heating, 2018 the downstairs bathroom has been refitted and house repainted.
