New house on Boat Beach headland with sweeping views over Boat Beach across Sugarloaf Bay. During whale season you have the choice of 3 beaches close by. The Lighthouse is close by to get the full panorama. 4 Bedrooms (QB) 2.5 beautiful bathrooms. Coastal chic, designer touches, great spaces. Linen can be supplied for $20pp. There is an extra futon sofa bed (double) (5th bed) but there are no bunk beds. Just a short 50m walk to either Boat Beach or Lighthouse Beach. The space New, modern, breezy coastal chic with designer touches. The top floor is easy entertaining, with sliding glass doors that open the space inside and out. A Huge 232m2 internal floor space With four bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) all with built in wardrobes, three beautifully finished bathrooms (1 upstairs and 2.5 downstairs). 4 bedrooms have Queen Beds. A 5th bedroom with a double futon sofa bed can be made available. Please request on booking. There are no bunk beds. The house is fully furnished, with seating for 8 people on the alfresco balcony and internal table seating 6 (extra internal dining chairs are available) Well equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, quality cutlery and glassware and knives. Baking equipment too. Beautiful Stone clad log fireplace available. The access is steep and there are a number of stairs which may not suit less mobile guests. Please remember to bring your own linen and towels. We can supply at a extra cost of $20PP. There is an internal laundry. Parking for up to 4 cars easily (steep driveway) There are internal and external stairs to the property which may be an issue for less mobile guests. We stress that this end of Seal Rocks is a quiet neighbourhood. No loud celebrations are permitted as noise does carry. There are birds and other wildlife. Please take care. The house and premises are strictly non smoking. The house is in a high risk bushfire zone. No smoking allowed even in outdoor areas.
