Nature oasis close to the sea and Etretat

Beautiful 19th century Normandy villa and its large garden in the heart of a protected natural site close to Etretat and the charming village of Yport. You will stay in nature, on the edge of the forest, and close to beaches and shops. Freshly renovated, the house with neat decoration includes 3 bedrooms, a large cozy living room, a beautiful kitchen. Take advantage of your stay to visit the Alabaster Coast and its vertiginous cliffs, Honfleur, Fécamp, Veules les Roses... The space The estate of La Mare aux Loups is a unique and secret place, served only by a long private road that winds through the meadow on the edge of the forest. A hiking trail is within walking distance of the house for nice walks in the forest, on the cliffs or to enjoy the beaches of Vaucottes or Yport. The beach, shops and restaurants of the charming seaside resort of Yport are a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. The garden, totally private and fenced, is out of sight. There you will find outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, swing, pétanque, children's playhouse...) as well as a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs for unforgettable moments for families or groups of friends. Two private parking spaces are available next to the house. If you are discreet and patient, you can observe, in the early morning or at nightfall, foxes, deer, birds of prey, wild ducks, woodpeckers, squirrels... The house has been recently renovated to combine modern comforts with the charm of old stones and antique objects. Beds are made upon arrival and we offer you a set of towels and kitchen towels for your stay. A wood-burning stove is provided in the living room (wood provided). Connected TV, Bluetooth speaker, books and board games are also available. For musicians, we leave our guitar to liven up evenings by the fireplace or outside after a barbecue. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and receives 4G well. While we have a very good connection, we cannot be held responsible for any network or hardware failures. If needed, a baby kit is available on request. It includes high chair, folding crib, changing mat, chamber pot, bathtub, booster seat, baby cutlery, books, toys, safety gate... etc. We want our home to be yours too for the time of your stay. We therefore ask you to respect it and take care of it. Guest access You have access to the large garden surrounding the house surrounded by a fence and the whole house, except for the second floor at the end of the development of a master suite, soon available to guests. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Other things to note We offer wood to make beautiful fires in the stove.
