Will update with pictures soon but all bedrooms are now fitted with the latest generations of darkening window treatments ---- House has 3 levels. The top level is where all 4 bedrooms are. There are two master suites and one has a private bathroom. The other Master Suite shares the bathroom. The Main level is where the kitchen, kitchen eating area, half-bathroom, Dinning Room, Fireplace, and TV area (Apple TV, DirecTV with HBO) with couch are located. You can also walk out to a deck with table and chairs and the BBQ area. There are 3 patio doors to walk out to a veranda overlooking the mountain. From this level you can also walk to the back of the house. The lower level has two areas, even though it is an open space, you will find a TV with a Sofa Bed couch and also the ping-pong table. From there you can walk to a large wooden deck at ground level. Every area is tastefully decorated and fresh. We also have a nice size fire pit. High end WiFi Orbi 860 Series Tri-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System for complete coverage in any area of the house with Fiber Internet. House is serviced also by DirecTV satellite service in all 3 TV's besides most Streaming services found this days on the AppleTV in the main Entertainment area or the Built in apps in the 55" Smart TV in the lower level. We have Air Conditioning units in every bedroom and main floors with Inverter Mini Splits. These are state of the art, quiet and reliable units that yield cold and heat the entire house very efficiently Kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to cook and prepare meals. From silverware to coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pans, knives, spoons, wine opener, plates, etc.. Just ask if there is something you will need for your stay and I can get the answer for you.
