GARDEN APARTMENT, 2 COURTYARDS & VEGETABLE GARDEN

In the Costa Brava, 130 m2 with kitchen-diner, gallery, studio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Recently renovated, with modern appliances. Bright and ventilated. Interior courtyard, big yard and ecological vegetable garden. 0.5 km away from the river Fluvià, 2 km from the beach of St. Pere Pescador and near museums, natural parks, shopping malls and attractions. The space It has a kitchen-diner with a .bar facing the gallery. All the appliances are new: washing machine, fridge Liebherr 286 liters, dishwasher, oven, cooker... Complete dinner set and all kind of kitchenware and accessories: electric water heater, blender, mixer… It has a chimney with a fireplace. In summer it’s cool in the gallery because of the wood blinds and the shadow of a vine that partially covers the façade. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet and an independent toilet. The studio or living room has a sofa, table or writing desk, an upright piano and a 36” TV. There are two bedrooms with big outward-facing windows. One of them with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. A third one is interior and has a double bed. All of them have wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. The renting includes sheets and towels. V1 The apartment has free wifi. V2 The apartment has wifi and you can use it buying an hourly or a daily ticket in Sancho store (a bakery-grocery store-cafeteria 40 m. away from the house). At the end you must leave the apartment tidy. The cleaning costs 40 €. The apartment is on the first floor with a stairway to the courtyard, well covered by the shadow of a huge vine. It has 2 tables, 6 aluminium chairs, barbecue on a tripod and two hammocks. There’s a porch with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with a shower next to the courtyard. There’s a second yard, very spacious, with a bush of kiwi fruit, a small table with two chairs, henhouse and a big ecological vegetable garden. If you are interested, paying aside, you can help yourself to eggs and vegetables: tomatoes, aubergines, sweet peppers, lettuces, zucchinis, etc., depending on the season. Animals are not allowed in the apartment. One animal would be allowed if it stays in the courtyard and room aside, provided that it lets the neighbours sleep and is not a threat for the hens. The back of the house –gallery and yard- faces southward. This façade and the full yard are covered by the shadow of the vines and it is very cool there. There are orchards, yards and gardens at the back of the nearby houses, so everything is very quiet. Guest access Warehouse to leave bicycles or similar. Warehouse next to the yard for animals. Other things to note The surroundings contribute with a landscape, cultural and ludic offer. The archaeological remains and museum in Empúries and Ullastret; Dalí museum (especially interesting at night) and Toys museum in Figueres, the medieval villages in Castelló d’Empúries, Sant Martí d’Empúries, Peralada… Natural parks in the Aiguamolls (marshlands) de l’Empordà, Cap de Creus, Montgrí, illes Medes. Recreational centres in L’Escala; Empuriabrava, that also offers light aircraft flights and parachuting; Roses, Casino de Perelada... Extensive and varied gastronomy everywhere in l’Empordà. Wine and olive oil with D.O. Empordà and other products in different local farming cooperatives. The lake of Banyoles, Besalú, Girona… are relatively near –about 40 Km away.
