Because of its location the cottage overlooks the valley of Pylaros and the garden terrace boasts stunning views across the beautiful valley and the sea beyond. Within a short walk you will find the village square with a mini market, a cafe and a traditional taverna. Supermarket, bakery and gas station can be found in approx. 1 km. The space A complimentary welcome pack will be offered on your arrival. The property has one bedroom with a double bed (bed dimensions 2,00m x 1,30m) and one bedroom with two single beds (beds dimensions 1,95m x 1,05m & 1,90m x 0,90m). The cottage is fully air-conditioned for comfortable staying during summer and heating for winter days. Wireless internet is provided for free. Private parking space within the property land and inside a gated entrance. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The property also includes: washing machine, iron & ironing board, hair dryer. Outside: Beautiful ground area with stone-made flower beds. Furnished front balcony with unique view & backyard for up to 4 guests. Patio both sunny and shaded offer perfect spots for relaxing in a peaceful environment with lovely views of the natural scenery. Guest access The cottage is an entire property thus the guests have full access in all inside and outside areas. Other things to note - All accommodation (rentals) in Greece are required to implement a new environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee/Tax. This fee was established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax. For our rental this tax is €2,00/night and according to the local laws this tax is collected by the owner in and is then remitted to the state as required. - Towels (excluding beach towels) plus all linen are provided and can be changed by the renters whenever they like, without the need of having to clean them.
