The half-basement features a fully equipped common space where you can relax, dine, and prepare meals together. With direct access to the backyard with commfort seating area. Moving to the first floor, you'll find the three bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with enclosed spaces for added privacy. Notably, one of the bedrooms is a duplex, featuring four beds spread across two floors connected by internal stairs, offering a unique and cosy sleeping arrangement. You'll find an array of excellent restaurants in close proximity, but the nearest tavern, Gorgona, just 50 meters away, offers delectable Greek and seafood dishes. Additionally, there are a few bars with a wonderful atmosphere and music, perfect for a night out. Other things to note Jani's Beach House is a part of a complex of 5 independent houses. You can use the beach in front of the house how long you wish. In the village which is very close too, there are many restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacies, etc. The area is dedicated for holidays and living, so the guests have to follow strictly the observed rules of public order.
