WELCOME TO THE PARASIO! Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Ligurian coast, the historic centre of Porto Maurizio, the Parasio. Highlights of this holiday home are: - peaceful location in the traffic-limited center - bright flat on two levels with balcony and terrace - everything is reachable by foot: beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and groceries - free shuttle to the beaches in summer - nice views of old „palazzi“, the valprino valley and the mountains The space Our appartment is located on the 3rd level of a house which is about 150 years old and has no lift. But this „climb“ will be honored by very nice views from the top As the flat is independent on three sides, it is very lightful and there is always a small breeze not being to hot even in the summer season. Our appartment extends on two levels: On the ground floor is a cenrtal living room with dining area and open kitchen with bar located, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet with washing machine, the main bedroom with double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and a balcony for up to two persons On the upper floor, which is partially an open gallery, you can find a further living area with sofa bed for one adult or one child (1,20 x 2,00), a studio and the terrace with a table for up to four persons Other things to note My flat is not appropriate for elder people as it is located on the last floor (3rd floor) and most of the things in town are reachable only by feet, always with stairs. The parking possibility is about 2 min away, but there is in the high season no guarantee to catch a free parking- Alternatively you could park in front of the police where with a daily fee of 4,50 euros.
