Kalamunda Estate is a spacious retreat set on 5 acres, just 3 km from Bundanoon. Perfect for large groups, it features a pool, a large outdoor BBQ deck with stunning bushland views, and a games room. The 5-bedroom house accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or friends' get-togethers. With a vast garden, there’s plenty of room for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors. The space This spacious house comfortably accommodates 10-11 guests, featuring 5 inviting bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 stylish living areas. Enjoy the large games room with table tennis, two big TVs, and a generous entertaining deck overlooking a pool (11m long, 4m wide, and depths from 1.2m to 1.9m, not heated), ensuring fun for everyone. Dogs are welcome, but please note the property isn't fully fenced, and we ask that pets don’t sleep on the beds. Remember to bring your own pet bed and bowls. *Please be aware that the land across from the house is under development, which can make the road muddy. While there’s limited disruption and noise, the view upon arrival may not be ideal. However, once you’re inside, it’s wonderful!* Guest access The entire home is for you to enjoy. Other things to note Nearby to the property is pen of chickens and a rooster, a horse and sheep - please stay away from these animals. Caretaker lives nearby and will be on-site to collect eggs, this may be offered to you during your stay. Dogs are allowed but please note the property is not entirely fenced. No diving or bombing is allowed in the pool, and no glassware within the pool area please.
