The space This is a cozy super private room with its own private bathroom and private entrance. 100% smoke free. Please, smokers need not inquire. 2nd bed available upon request when you make the reservation (note that it will make space a bit tighter as it is a trundle bed, but still a great economical option) Super fast wireless internet. Large desk and 42” TV ready to be used as 2nd monitor. We do not have cable but Netflix and Amazon Prime included! Free street readily available and we also have free off-street parking if needed. You can come in and out as you please. You can check in any time after 3pm (but may accommodate earlier depending on previous guest.) Last minute guest if room is available are welcome. Towels sheets, coffee and many other perks provided. We hope to be the most economical stay for such a cozzy and private room this near the beach. The room is a very private room ideal for couples or for single travelers. Friends traveling together are also our most common guests as we do have a second real mattress trundle bed in the room upon request or for parties greater than 2 people. Just let us know what you need and we make it happen! And make sure to select right number of guests when making reservation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood only 4 blocks from the bay and 10 blocks from the beach. The room is your own private space. So it will be like having your own tiny studio apartment and be part of our beach community. Guest access You have your own private entrance to your room with private bathroom. You will have all the linens you need, and we have some shampoos, soaps, and many other toiletries etc. The room is separated from the rest of the house and will respect your privacy, so generally your access is limited to your own little studio apartment where you will have all you need. You will have access to our porch where you can have a quiet breakfast and perhaps get to meet our family. You will not have access to our house nor our kitchen, but there is fridge a microwave and a coffee maker, toaster oven well as utensils available inside your room. You are free to use the mini-bar to store your food. The drinks in the fridge is there for your convenience to save you the run to the convenience store for a charge: Beer $2. Water & Soda $1 What guest love most about the place it is the privacy it provides as you can come in and out without even being noticed. Other things to note Note our entire property is 100% non-smoking. For the comfort of all guest we do not accept smokers. A $150 fee will be charged if smoking is detected anywhere in property. Due to strong animal allergies of our cleaning lady we are not able to host guest with service animals. We have two old bikes thar you are free to use. They are clearly marked “PB Airbnb”. Just let us know if you will use them so we can make sure we provide you with instructions. Note we do need you to select number of guest as Airbnb automatically calculates price based on number of guest.
