This apartment has two (2) bedrooms with a terrace west facing in a quiet area of the complex. Enjoy great views over the green and fairways of the ninth hole on the north golf course. You can also enjoy wonderful views from the large kitchen corner windows. The living area has air conditioning for those warm summer nights (please note this is chargeable). Complete with internet-wifi and smart TV, you’re sure to enjoy your stay in Tenerife when you are here. The space San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas for your use. Bedroom number one, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Also, for your convenience the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, sink vanity and WC. The second bedroom has a pull out IKEA single bed (turns into a double bed), chest of drawers, bedside table and a window with shutters. The second bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, sink basin and WC. The living area has a comfortable corner sofa, (That is also a sofa bed for 2) coffee table, breakfast bar, TV, and doors leading to the terrace with views over the golf course so you can enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Coin operated air conditioning makes this unit very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for you holiday. Including a Fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob with an oven as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace has a table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. Sunbed area has Western exposure to enjoy the afternoon sun and splendid sunsets. There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more. A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more! Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants. Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
