It is composed by: -1 master bedroom -1 living room with a kitchen and a large sofa-bed -1 full accessorized bathroom -1 lovely terrace There is a private parking in front of the door of the apartment, few steps away from the sea The space The flat consists of: - 1 double bedroom - 1 living room with kitchen - 1 complete bathroom - 1 delightful terrace The bedroom with the double bed has a large wardrobe, TV, abat jour with USB socket for recharging devices and air conditioning. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax, which can be converted into a 2-seater sofa bed. There is a table where you can spend a convivial moment sharing meals with family or friends and a TV. The kitchen, which is very modern, is equipped with every comfort: utensils, pots and pans, tableware, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and moka. There is also air conditioning. The bathroom has all sanitary facilities, including a bidet, and is equipped with a shower cubicle. A hairdryer is also available. Towels and bed linen are provided on request (€25 per person). It has free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, clothes rack, hoover and safe. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost. The entrance is independent with keys. Throughout the apartment there are mosquito nets on the windows. Smoking is not permitted inside the flat, but is allowed on the terrace where an ashtray is provided. The flat is carefully designed to meet your every need. You will also find welcome kits to make you feel at home. The Perla d'aMare flat is 40 square metres, so it is perfect for two adults and two children, and suitable for four adults. Guest access The apartment is at the complete disposal of our guests, without shared space with other people. We will personally receive you at the check-in and we will do everything possible to make your holiday unforgettable and comfortable. Ask for whatever you need! Located in the front row on the seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto, few steps away from the sea. A strategic location. It’s on the ground floor, with private entrance and private parking in front of the door. Few steps away from the sea Other things to note A maximum of 2 small animals are allowed in the flat (cleaning fee of 40€ per animal). Thanks to the fact that it is located on the ground floor with parking in front of the front door, you will not have to worry about lugging your luggage around. The flat's free parking space is excellent, especially in summer, as nearby parking spaces are chargeable and unavailable at peak times. Another plus point is that you can walk to the sea, just a few steps away, without moving your car. Air conditioning available, at an additional cost. A city tax of 1€ per person over 13 years of age for 7 consecutive nights of your stay is obligatory and will go directly to the municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto.
