Beautiful renovated cottage at the family oriented Georgian Bay Beach Club! Amazing views of Georgian Bay. Private beach, stunning pool and lounge area. Private courtyard for dining/lounge beside cottage. Enclosed porch with view of Georgian Bay. Very quiet and tranquil, nature walks outside your door. Surrounded by beautiful mature trees...the perfect place just to read a book and watch the waves. Parking for 2 cars with easy access to main entrance door. The space Modern updated cottage with enclosed porch and beautiful private outdoor dining/lounge courtyard at the side of the cottage. Air conditioned comfort on those hot days. Sleeps 5 in two bedrooms. Bedroom two has bunk beds for the kids (sleeps 3). Fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ and lots of storage for your own food. Lots of things to do in the area, or just spend your days by the pool or beach, soaking up the relaxed vibe. Your kids will love being here and it's easy to keep an eye on them at the saltwater pool or the beach. Pool area and beach are private for Georgian Bay Beach Club only. Gorgeous Beach sunsets nightly! Find your Happy Place surrounded by beautiful mature trees with a view of the Bay. Pets are welcome ($30 fee per pet). Guest access Guests have access to all amenities of the Georgian Bay Beach Club: pool and lounge area, private beach, parking for 2 cars right behind the cottage with close access to main entrance. Guests have access to beach shoreline north and south of the property for long beach walks. Lots of forest trails are accessible from the cottage. Nearby is Lafontaine Beach with play area and park, and a deli with great homemade meals and desserts. Lafontaine is a 5 min drive with LCBO, a variety store, diner and Wendy B's Fine Foods. 5 Star Takeout is a few min drive from Lafontaine. Golf in Midland or Balm Beach, or enjoy Balm Beach Go-Karts. All your shopping needs can be met in Midland or Penetanguishene, a 15 minute drive. Enjoy boating or trips to Christian Island on the ferry. Historic Saint Marie Among the Hurons, the Huronia Museum, Discovery Bay, and Martyr's Shrine are within a 30 minute drive. Other things to note If you have young children, please note that stairs are open style and you will need a baby gate to keep them from falling through (see pictures). No need to bring bottled water- our well water is excellent tasting and tested regularly. Linens can be provided upon request. Well behaved pets only. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the cottage.
