The space Las Salinas is a very cozy apartment with luxury qualities. We have decorated it ourselves, with pleasure, including things that we have brought from our own travels. It is a very bright apartment, with a view of the sea that is really relaxing. Sitting on the couch and being able to watch TV and the sea at the same time is priceless. Breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the sea is something that can only be done in a few places. The house has everything, sheets, towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, oven, microwave, express pot, blender, vacuum cleaner… The bathrooms were renovated two years ago and are very new and modern. We have a satellite dish, where you can enjoy German, English and French channels. There is free WIFI throughout the house. And best of all, it's a stone's throw from the sea, 50 meters from the beach, without having to cross any streets. Guest access Renting the apartment implies the possibility of using all the building's common areas: swimming pool, garden areas, children's area, barbecue (tables and chairs and grills available upon reservation at the front desk). Tennis is available by reservation at the front desk. Everything is free. The community's rest hours must be respected, i.e., the use of the pool or tennis is not allowed from 3 to 5 pm. Facility hours are from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 11:59 pm.
