Also they can come by ship from Athens (Pireas Harbor) by ANEK Lines and MINOAN Lines) to Souda Harbor (55 km from ALOE) or to Heraklion Harbor (85 km from ALOE). Also they can arrive from Santorini island directly to Rethymno, or from Milos island by ship to Heraklion, or from Gytheio (Peloponissos) to Kastelli Kissamou by ship and then to Prines village.
