Choose from different apartments of different sizes. Due to the central location, most of the sights are within walking distance. If you need the subway, it is only a minute's walk away. Each apartment has been renovated in a contemporary way, but still takes you back to imperial times: Original Viennese staircase (one of the most beautiful in Vienna), high ceilings, old parquet floors, elaborate ceiling stucco, traditional double doors and at the same time all the amenities of modern life. Spacious bathroom (towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are provided free of charge), modern kitchen (oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, tea maker…), SMART TV, PLAYSTATION 5, WiFi… In addition to fresh linens, there are also other necessities such as washing machine, dryer, iron, umbrellas, air conditioning and much much more... Each apartment is fully equipped. If you're missing something, we'll make sure you don't miss anything ♥ The price includes all taxes and cleaning! Guest access If possible, we will greet you personally, which is why we ask you to let us know your approximate time of arrival as soon as you can estimate it. When you arrive, you will find a bell at the front door that says “7th HEAVEN”. If it is not possible for us to greet you personally (e.g. if you arrive after 10 p.m.), we provide a key box. In this case, we will send you a detailed description of how the key box works and the access code before your arrival. Please also ask for the key box if you would like to remain flexible regarding your arrival time. Additionally, we also offer free luggage storage for guests who depart later or arrive before check-in time. Various subway lines, bus connections and trams are just a minute or two away on foot. There is a public parking garage about 200 meters away. Parking is free for our guests in this parking garage. If you are traveling by car, please let us and we will prepare a parking card for you, which we will give you upon your arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT! To make your arrival as easy and comfortable as possible, please let us know your approximate arrival time (in the case of a flight, also the flight number) so that we can offer you a perfect welcome.
