The space Your guest bedroom is furnished with a comfy King size memory foam bed, extra blankets, pillows, towels & room darkening curtains for your afternoon nap! Also in your room is a desk/dresser, chair and two nightstands. A full length mirror and a large closet with plenty of velvet hangers. There is also a Smart TV with a Firestick and streaming services (Prime Video included). Beach towels, mat, cooler, chair and tote are available for your use. In your room you will also find an assortment of menus, brochures, iron and ironing board. Your private bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & flat iron, for your exclusive use. WiFi is available throughout the home as well as a wireless printer and basic office supplies. Located in the living room and for guest use is the main Smart TV and card/board games. The kitchen is always available for guest use & equipped with everything you might need to make a meal or snacks! I love to cook & always enjoy treating my guests to new recipes! Nespresso coffee & variety of teas are available for you anytime. I am usually home to greet my guest(s), but if I’ve got my toes in the sand or traveling, please do come in & make yourself at home. You will receive your personalized access code 2 days prior to your arrival. This will be your “key” for the Schlage Smart Lock on the front door. The code activates on the day of your arrival at 4pm & deactivates at 12pm on your departure date. Living room, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker and a variety of teas. Covered and screened in back porch & fully fenced in backyard. Off street parking is available. During your stay Your enjoyment as our guest is of utmost importance to us. I am a proud Bostonian as well as a Bruins, Patriots & Red Sox die hard fan! I do promise to be nice to non-fans! I am super easy going and give my guests the space/privacy they desire. I am out and about quite often enjoying all the fun things to do in the area or traveling, so don’t be surprised if you get the house to yourself!! I am always available via phone/text or Airbnb messaging if you need anything at all when I am not at home. Other things to note There is a “King of the Castle” and his name is Luca McLovin. He is my Black Labrador and the most loving dog you will ever meet! He gets super excited when we have guests and will eagerly greet you upon arrival! He is well trained and has free rein of the house except at night when he goes to bed with me! So if you don’t mind a few sloppy kisses now and then and a little bit of black magic fibers/fur here and there, all will be good in paradise!
