Take-it-Easy Rent House

My apartment is located in a typical Italian quarter. It has been completely renovated in May 2016 and all the furniture is new. It enjoys all the comforts and is an excellent starting point to reach not only the beautiful Venice (which can be reached in 15 minutes) but also the other famous cities of Veneto such as Verona, Vicenza, Treviso. In about 60 minutes you will be on the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic and in no more than two hours reach the beautiful Dolomites. The space My Take-it-Easy Rent House is an apartment completely renovated in May 2016 placed in Mestre, at 20 minutes by bus/train to Venice, which is easly reachable. Inside you will find all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Cloth, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, free wifi, and 2 LED TV (in bedroom and living room) as well as a hairdryer, cloths iron, cleaning kits will be at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils to prepare a typical Italian past, or just to enjoy a takeaway pizza in peace. Take it easy you are on holiday! Note: The bedroom is spacious and is equipped with a standard double bed and two single beds (to be arranged on request). The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A surcharge of € 15 per person (10 € for children under 11) per day is applied over the first 2 people. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building accessible by a stairway used only by two apartments. The ground floor also has a small garden at your disposal for relaxing moments. The bedroom has a small terrace. Other things to note A safety deposit of 200 euro will be requested at yr arrival but will be entirely restituted at yr departure after inspection of the apartment. Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your first Italian breakfast in my apartment and some emergency food to make your stay enjoyable. Venice city tax is to be applied and is 1,5 € per person per night. This will have to be paid cash on site. Check in is foreseen between 14.00 and 18.00. Late check in will be charged min €25, depending on arrival schedule. Pls contact the host to arrange late check in. Kitchen cleaning is not included. If you use the kitchen please leave it cleaned as you found it for the next guests. If not, we will be forced to charge a cleaning fee for kitchen of 25 euro which will be required on site at yr departure. In case of long staying a weekly cleaning will be charged at 30 euro.
