Propane bbq grill is available for use. The space This pool house offers a hassle free, self check-in and self check-out process. This completely separate and completely private pool house overlooks our huge pool/spa. It is a unique guesthouse because it is made out of a 40 foot high cube “Mediterranean Shipping Company” shipping container - but it’s spacious modern interior, it’s well insulated walls, its stucco exterior and internal amenities and decor will never let you know that you are staying in a container that used to be used for shipping merchandise across the Mediterranean. You will enjoy a tranquil country feel while not being far from the city at all. You can dine out at any of the many restaurants nearby listed below, or stay in and eat on the ranch. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials (cups, mugs, silverware, cutlery, toaster, Oster stainless steel countertop oven with convection, electric infrared hot-plate/burner, full-size fridge stocked with beverages, bowls, Keurig with a variety of coffees, etc.)... Guest access Access to the 1.6 acre ranch is available and includes: -sitting or sunbathing on the poolside lounge chairs, -having a meal on the back patio of the main house, -using the bbq grill, -jumping on the 15 foot trampoline (at your own risk), -having a fire and s’mores at the fire pit, -using one of the several bikes left on the huge back patio for your convenience, -using the pool/spa and floaties left on patio (pool also has slide and basketball hoop) Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. Guests are welcomed to pick and enjoy fruits from our trees when in season (figs, lemon, lime, ruby red grapefruit, pomegranate, moringa).
