A designer apartment with parking, very well located

Very cozy designer apartment located in Santiago's old town, in a nice and quiet neighborhood 10-15 minutes walk from the cathedral, with private parking included. Dimmable lights in all rooms, lots of natural daylight, WiFi (fiber optic connection) and Smart TV. The space It is a second floor in the old town of Santiago (building without an elevator). It is an apartment full of details, such as the movable partition that separates the living room from the kitchen and the desk area, and that transforms the environments when moving it. The main lights are regulated in intensity by pressing the switch in all rooms. The bathroom has a large shower with a walk-in shower and a column with jets. Great noise and temperature insulation, with special insulation in the ceiling (silent block and thermal-acoustic blanket), and double window facing the street. Guest access In the dining room there is a table, extendable if necessary (4 additional folding chairs stored in the bathroom). Smart TV with internet connection with apps such as Netflix (with direct access via remote control, account required or one-month trial possible via main menu), YouTube, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, cooking utensils, juicer, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee maker, pans... and high-end appliances. Parking is located on a parallel street 180 meters from the entrance (the building does not have its own parking). Important: to get down you have to go down a ramp, it is not easy for inexperienced drivers with large cars who are not used to it. Maximum vehicle height for access: 1.80 meters (due to the descent ramp). Most large cars, SUVs, minivans can access... unless they have a suitcase on the roof rack. Large vehicles may have some difficulty accessing, especially the first time. Also very low vehicles (for example with very sporty suspension) can touch the bottom at the end of the ramp, although it doesn't happen to most of them unless they go down very fast.
