The space Five bedrooms with wir's: downstairs is one master suite with full bathroom, the second master suite with ensuite, both with king size beds. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one room with two king singles, sharing one bathroom and separate toilet. Also upstairs is a huge living room with massive tv and study nook. There are also two single stretcher beds (ideally for lightweight people or children) if you need them.  Three living areas (two downstairs one upstairs), cooks kitchen featuring Miele Induction cooking (90cm), Thermomix, Delonghi Primadonna coffee machine, juicer, etc: cook up a storm between you, your family and friends! Huge tv's and bluray library for a relaxing evening in. Books, magazines, puzzles and games, foosball too, to suit all ages. Digital baby grand piano to pursue your passion and talent, or simply to keep up practice!  Outdoor dining under cover, 6 burner bbq, too! Large 2.5 acre garden for ball sports, and fire pit to seat 15 (be aware when fire restrictions are in place). Large, safe, spring free trampoline for extra fun! Guest access No access to garage, but plenty of parking on large driveway and car park on property. Other things to note This property, as do many rural properties, runs on: Water tanks (please use water wisely) and Septic System keeps the lawn green (please be mindful of what you flush)! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS PLEASE. No pets in the prom or at the beach. Wildlife in the garden. Dogs next door permanent residents protecting chickens. Rural fencing for cows on the perimeter. A penalty exceeding boarding kennels/cattery charges, per pet, (we recommend brand new luxury ‘Green Meadows’ boarding, on the way) will be applied to your final invoice if you are found to have brought pets.
