A large 4 Suites villa, the perfect place for your vacation, centrally located and decorated in a very stylish way Outdoor swimming pool (with protection for small children if required), ideal for families The very pleasant and sunny garden has an outdoor area where you can relax and have a drink. The garden has also a barbecue area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a large family. 5 minutes driving to the beach 15 minutes drive to Sintra 20 minutes drive to Lisbon centre The space A great differentiating factor is the fact that your stay already includes daily cleaning of the house (4 hours a day), a service that is carried out by our maid. This service includes making the beds every day, general cleaning of the house, bathrooms and kitchen (does not include putting dishes in the dishwasher). For families with young children, we install (at our guests' request) a safety fence, so that they can have a restful and peaceful experience in a house with a swimming pool. In the outdoor space (garden and pool area), the living area, the dining table in the garden and the barbecue area are also highly valued. It really is a different and great experience! Other things to note Our guests emphasize the personalized and detailed follow-up that we do with their stay. Upon your arrival we provide a list of the best local restaurants (the ones we go to ourselves - no tourist traps) and provide you with as much information as possible so that your experience in Cascais and being in our house is the best possible. We have a very special pleasure in welcoming our guests to our house. It is our family house and we rent it during the summer period.
