Sundecks - Amazing Views

Sundecks, named just so because of this homes’ vast balconies, providing picture perfect views over Emerald Beach and beyond. This beach house has everything you need to make wonderful holiday memories and is a short walk to the patrolled Emerald Beach and just a stroll away from the fabulous Surf Street Café, where you can grab your morning coffee or book in for lunch or dinner.   The space Walk up the grand timber staircase to the main living area on level 2, comprising open lounge spilling onto a fabulous entertaining deck with astonishing views, lounges and BBQ.  The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for holiday meals to enjoy in the dining area that seats 8. Whip up a light breakfast to enjoy on the deck in the morning sun, pondering the day ahead as you gaze over the ocean. Upstairs on level 3 is a separate retreat lounge with TV, the master suite with queen bed and ensuite as well as a second large bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Both bedrooms open onto a large deck with amazing views. There is also a business centre/ office with computer and printer for anything that can’t wait until you get home. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
