Cycladic villa in the most beautiful site of Naxos

Villa Meltemi is a modern 140m² cycladic villa in a plot of 5,000m², 100 meters from a small sandy beach. The large sand beaches of Plaka and Mikri Vigla are just a few minutes walking distance. Naxos town (Chora) and the port are at about 15 minutes driving distance. The villa, surrounded by nice natural gardens, has two floors which open out on to stone terraces and verandas with pergolas and beautiful sea views and is built to high standards, with marble floors throughout. The space The first floor has an entrance hall with a front and a back door and a WC. On a higher level there is an air conditioned open-plan sitting room with an open fire place, a dining space and an adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. On the other side of the entrance-hall there are two bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom. One bedroom has a build-in double bed and the other two single beds. There are a/c units and ceiling fans in both bed bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a double bed bedroom with a ceiling fan and a large fitted wardrobe, a sitting room with a double sofa bed, a large bathroom and a utility room. All rooms open to large verandas with pergolas. Guest access Guests can use the whole house, all balconies and verandas as well as the surrounding gardens. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted indoors. Animals are not permitted indoors because of allergy reasons.
