Shared use of 'infinity edge' swimming pool. Although guests may visit you in the apartment, garden and pool use is strictly limited to those actually staying at Del Mar. Access codes must not be shared with anyone else. who is not staying in the apartment. Mar Paraiso is a little more expensive than other apartments at DelMar but you can see the reason why! It is really a home from home, with everything you could need! Other things to note My apartment has 2 bedrooms but since the pandemic (except in the case of a special arrangement with me in advance), I'm renting only to 2 people. It gives you more space! A tourist tax is now required of each guest - 2€ per night for the first five nights (1€ from November to April). Payable to me on arrival. Check out time is by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure, so that my apartment can be ready for the next guests, as it was for you! Late checkout might be able to be arranged if requested at time of booking. If your stay is for two weeks or more, sheets will be changed one week after arrival. If your stay is longer, we will work out a suitable arrangement for you. Towels will not be changed because you have a washing machine in the apartment. Please do not smoke or use any electronic smoking device in the apartment. If you smoke in the terrace, please keep the glass doors closed so that the wind does not carry smoke inside the apartment. Please do not leave any cigarette butts inside the apartment or in the rubbish bins. If you are not a Portuguese resident, then I will need details of your passport before you arrive for completion of Portuguese entry requirements.
