Composition of our 70m² house: The ground floor consists of a living room with its cocooning space to relax in front of an aperitif or TV, a laundry room and a bright kitchen made to measure, fully equipped (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven and all the essential equipment for cooking), overlooking a first terrace covered by an arbor offering views of the rooftops of La Coste. Upstairs you can see a very large bedroom and enjoy an old exposed stone vault, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a desk area; you can also discover a second terrace to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or a place to bask in the sun. (without facing) This private house is at your disposal and everything in it as well. The wifi serves the whole house. The house has a large vaulted cellar that can be used as a bike storage.
