This family home is located in the village "La Coste", in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to the Caroux and Espinouse massifs, ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts will have plenty to do with the GR, PR and mountain bike trails that pass nearby. You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site. The space We welcome you to a fully renovated old village house combining the charm of stone and contemporary style. This atypical and bright house, full of character, will, we hope, make you fall in love. This house is located in the village of "La Coste", ideal for nature lovers. Composition of our 70 m² house: The ground floor consists of a living room with a cocooning area to relax in front of an aperitif or TV, a laundry room and a bright custom-made kitchen, fully equipped (induction stove, oven, range hood, fridge, microwave oven and all the essential equipment for cooking), overlooking a first terrace covered by an arbor offering a view of the rooftops of La Coste. Upstairs you can see a very large bedroom and enjoy an old exposed stone vault, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a desk area; you can also discover a second terrace to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or a place to bask in the sun. (not overlooked) This private house is entirely at your disposal and everything in it as well. Wi-Fi serves the entire house. The house has a large vaulted cellar that can be used as a bicycle storage room. Family home for 5 generations, we've worked hard to make it feel nice and welcoming.
