You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site. This atypical and bright house, full of character will hopefully capsize you. This house is located in the village "La Coste", ideal for nature lovers. Composition of our 70m² house: The ground floor consists of a living room with its cocooning space to relax in front of an aperitif or TV, a laundry room and a bright kitchen made to measure, fully equipped (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven and all the essential equipment for cooking), overlooking a first terrace covered by an arbor offering views of the rooftops of La Coste. Upstairs you can perceive a very large bedroom and enjoy an old exposed stone vault, a bathroom with walk-in shower, an office area; you can also discover a second terrace to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or a place to lounge in the sun.
