Stunning Coach House - Solway views, West Lakes

We are close to The Solway Coast and the Lake District National Park. Just a 10 minute drive takes you to the Solway Heritage Coast - Roman remains, coastal walks, long deserted sandy beaches, sand dunes and best ever ice cream! 10 minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the Lake District National Park - fells, lakes, hills, walking, cycling, paragliding, hound trailing, beer, farmers markets, restaurants, cafes...great little villages and towns ...we tell you more once you've booked! The space Coach House was built in 1863 as an add on to the main house stable block, now Grooms Cottage. It has the date and initials of the builder built into the brickwork: IEH. Fully equipped and renovated in May 2016, the living accommodation is upstairs (open plan wooden stairs) - to give you spectacular views across the Solway. The double bedroom is on the living level whilst on ground level is the twin room and the bathroom. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The garden space is around the back of the cottage - garden furniture is provided. Guest access There is parking for 2 cars in the yard next to the cottage. The garden area at the rear of the cottage building is the area for your use - the large house adjacent is also a holiday home and has a large private lawn to the side.
