The space This beautifully designed home meets all the requirements for a great holiday house. With its four king bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps eight people and offers all the mod cons. It is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings and quality mattresses and beddings. The home’s design is centred around an open plan living zone that captures hours of natural light that is on offer each day through its windows & ample North Eastern exposure. Where you also will see extensive wildlife outside in the garden. The open plan living area is perfect for entertaining your friends and family, with an eight seater dining table, comfortable leather lounges, and an indoor wood-fireplace for the colder months. It offers a kitchen that will meet the needs of the most discerning chef & entertainer, complete with Caesarstone benchtops, 900mm gas cooktop, large walk-in pantry, adjacent dining area & undercover outdoor entertaining space for eight. The southern end of the home has the large master suite that includes a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, large walk in shower and separate toilet, plus a private sun deck that provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee. This end also includes a second king size bedroom, and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. It also features an adjoining mud/study room. To the Northern end you will find the kids retreat, complete with a rumpus room that includes a large TV and DVD player and toys for the kids. It leads to two oversized bedrooms with king size or twin single beds and BIR's, main bathroom and separate toilet. Other things to note * Phone reception is not great in some areas of Bright & Surrounds .Telstra is the preferred server and the use of Blue tick phones. * Wifi calling works really well at the property & you can check the settings on your mobile phone to ensure it is on. * As the house is in a quiet residential court we ask you to please respect our neighbors. No excessive noise after 10 pm. * Please remove shoes prior to entering the house. * Portacot, high chair and some toys are provided.
