The space While right in the mix of things, the apartment is in the quieter part of Liston Square (Spianada), meaning you'll have the peace and privacy to fully recharge after a long day of exploring Corfu Old Town. Located on the first floor of a historic building of 1890, Palazzino Leone was recently renovated in a classic as well as a contemporary way. With an ultra-comfy king-size bed (160 cm) in the bedroom and a surprisingly comfortable double bed - sofa in the living room to sleep three, this is a great place for a couple or a small family. Though it has just undergone a full renovation, the apartment's historic roots shine through, with much of the original woodwork still in tact. The 130 year old original wooden floors of the apartment were fully restored to their original state as well as the interior wooden doors that date back to the beginning of the century. And with modern amenities like super-fast WiFi, hand crafted closet and kitchen, and a flat-screen cable TV, you'll feel right at home. If you feel like staying in to eat, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials and a super market less than 200 meters for convenient grocery shopping. A Nespresso coffee maker as well as a large tea selection will help you get up and go in the morning, or stop by one of the many local coffee shops close by for a specialty latte or cappuccino.
