The house is located on the south side of the island of CIOVO. The property has 790 square meters which is just enough so that everyone can find their own “peace in the sanctuary”. The house has 250 square meters + 30 square meters SUMMER KITCHEN. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor you have a kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms (each has a double bed, sofa and bathroom). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a large terrace of 18 m2, one room has a terrace of 5 m2 and a beautiful sea view. The summer kitchen consists of a large worktop, there you can find a large sink and an electric hob. Under the worktop you will find a dishwasher and everything you need, from pots and pans to plates and other utensils. Large refrigerator with ice machine. In front of the summer kitchen there is a terrace with two dining tables (each for 6 people). On the rest of the property you fill up find plenty of deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy. In the garden on the south side you will find a jacuzzi for 3-4 people. In front of the house you will find a small path where people walk, run or ride a bike to the public beach or bar, and you have your own on the private beach in front of the house. In the sea you will find a boat with a 6 HP engine. In the northern part of the property there is a barbecue and olive trees, where you can spend quality time preparing food on an open fire.
