Come and enjoy our spacious and comfortable family friendly home in beautiful Havelock North. Quiet back section with plenty of parking, and only a 5 minute walk down to the local shops and eateries in the village. Most rooms have been recently renovated including large modern kitchen and main bathroom. The space The large, modern open plan kitchen and dining area is the hub of the house and leads out via stacking sliders to a covered outdoor area with plenty of seating and a 6 burner BBQ. The dining table seats 10 with ease , with another 3 on stools at the breakfast bar. Recessed into the wall in this area is a Smart TV. Another Smart TV, with Netflix and DVD player is in the sunny lounge which leads out onto another deck out the front. Heating/Cooling is by way of a large Heatpump in the dining area and large Log Burner in the lounge. WiFi is available and we are more than happy to be contactable by phone if you would like any recommendations on where to go or what to see while you enjoy your time spent in Hawke's Bay. Guest access The whole house is yours except for the garage, the downstairs wardrobe (locked) and the drawers/wardrobes in the main bedroom. We will clear plenty of space in the pantry, fridge and the top drawer of the vanity for you to use. Other things to note We have a friendly cat, Jasper, who mostly sleeps outside at night, that we kindly ask you to feed. Also, just a heads up, there is a separate, self contained sleepout on the property which we have a young chap living in. He is very respectful of our guests privacy and is hardly ever about, particularly on weekends (we probably cross paths about 1-2 times a month).
