The ocean cottage sleeps 4, the garden apartment sleeps 2. Both pavilions offer all the comfort you need for a relaxed holiday to share with family and friends. NO PETS ALLOWED The space Our gorgeous beachfront property is now available for family and friends to share. Designed as two separate pavilions with a private courtyard and garden between, the main cottage and the fully self-contained garden apartment sleep up to 6 guests. You'll find ample room to relax, unwind and soak up the sensational views in a fabulous beachfront location. With direct private beach access, you can totally unwind in your own beach sanctuary knowing the whole property is exclusively yours to enjoy. 'Coopernook' has been extensively refurbished and added to over recent years. Designed to enjoy cooling sea breezes with passive ventilation during summer it is our cherished family holiday home – comfortable, relaxed and completely unpretentious. The main living and entertaining spaces as well as two queen bed bedrooms and two individual bathrooms are in the beachfront cottage. There's a combined spacious open plan kitchen, dining & living area that flows seamlessly with fully retractable sliding doors out to a large covered outdoor entertaining space with built-in BBQ for all weather enjoyment. On the beachfront you can soak up the sun, take in the views and watch the dolphins and whales from the timber deck. Both decks are furnished with comfortable, easy care outdoor furniture. The self-contained pavilion apartment features hill and bush views and a delightful garden aspect with filtered water views. There's a separate bedroom with queen bed, full size bathroom, separate living room, kitchenette & dining area. Perfectly designed for extended family or friends holidaying together the apartment has room for a portable cot. The Private Apartment for 2 guests offers: • Brand new self-contained apartment featuring views of the hills and our private garden and central courtyard with filtered water views. • Queen size bed in separate bedroom. • Full size walk-in bathroom. • Separate living room with comfortable sofa and TV & WiFi. • Fully equipped studio kitchen and dining area. ‘Coopernook’ on Blueys Beach offers space, privacy, and a perfect northerly aspect to enjoy the sun all day. Beautiful Blueys Beach is located within Pacific Palms, a tropical enclave on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Here, alongside Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach, and adjacent to Booti Booti National Park you have easy access to Smiths Lake, Myall Lakes, Wallis Lakes and the secluded fishing village of Seal Rocks. The quiet coastal enclave of Blueys Beach has a general store, bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy, medical centre, post office and several eateries - all 5 mins walk from ‘Coopernook’. Foodworks supermarket is located at Charlotte Bay just 5 mins drive away. For more restaurants, major supermarkets and shopping centres, dolphin and fishing tours, the thriving coastal town of Forster is a scenic 20-minute drive north from Blueys Beach. 'Coopernook' is located in a peaceful enclave amidst residential homes and as such we expect our guests to respect our neighbour's privacy and amenity as much as we do at all times. • Pets are not allowed. • 'Coopernook' is a strictly a non-smoking property. • Vaping or use of drugs is prohibited. • Parties, events or group gatherings are not permitted. • The property sleeps 6 guests, there is no facility for additional guests other than a portable cot. • The separate Apartment is available to rent if and when available. • We welcome all feedback to make your stay as enjoyable as ours. Guest access The property is accessible from the street through landscaped gardens to the entrance of both pavilions. Both the Beachfront Cottage and the Private Apartment have separate entrances and share the common private garden courtyard. Guests enjoy direct private access to the beach. Off street parking is available for 2 cars. Other things to note Please note 'Coopernook' is offered as a quiet retreat for an absolute maximum of 6 guests. Set across 2 pavilions with 2 bedrooms in the main cottage and 1 bedroom in the self contained apartment, all bedrooms feature a queen size bed. Please note: There is no facility for overflow guests other than a cot for a baby or toddler. Linen is supplied for 6 guests and is included in the tariff. Beach towels are not provided.
