The living room is open-plan and has a high-quality fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a dining table with comfortable chairs, as well as a comfortable seating area. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m), the smaller bedroom has a sofa bed (2.00 m x 1.60 m), which can accommodate a third adult - and ideally a child. A special highlight of the apartment is the large terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the park of the complex. The modern shower room completes the offer.  An assigned parking space is located in the underground garage (max. entrance height 1.93 meters) of the house.
